Newman's Meditations on the Stations of the Cross is yours to keep, but one more thing...

Thank you for joining us as we pray and meditate on St. John Henry Newman's Stations of the Cross. It was written around 1860, probably at his Oratory in Birmingham, England, at a time when he was suffering under the weight of his own crosses.

Little did he know that his vision and example would inspire today's "Newman Movement" of renewal across Catholic education.

At The Cardinal Newman Society, we are growing this "Movement" and fulfilling our patron saint’s vision. 

Our story begins with the renewal of faithful Catholic education. It ends with a new generation of virtuous, well-formed, and courageous Catholic leaders steering society back toward its true foundation: Jesus Christ. 

Our story echoes the words from Isaiah: 

“Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.” (Isaiah 43:19)
