Thank you for your interest in our patron, St. John Henry Newman, one of the greatest saints of Catholic education, a steadfast opponent of “liberalism” in religion, and soon to be named a Doctor of the Church!

Truly, his story and wisdom are so needed at a time when much of the world has caved to radically false ideologies that threaten to destroy our culture. 

Even Catholic education has been compromised by cultural decline, and fallout from the last 50 years has resulted in much damage to our school systems, colleges, and our children. 

But that’s not the end of the story.

At The Cardinal Newman Society, we are helping write another ending and fulfilling our patron saint’s vision. 

Our story begins with the renewal of faithful Catholic education. It ends with a new generation of virtuous, well-formed, and courageous Catholic leaders steering society back toward its true foundation: Jesus Christ. 

Our story echoes the words from Isaiah: 

“Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.” (Isaiah 43:19)
